Window to the Past: CB&W

I’ve posted another version of this photo before. I never really thought of doing it in black and white. But as I looked for a photo that featured glass for this week’s Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge that could still pop in black and white, I was coming up blank. I snapped a couple of photos, but still, blah.

I was flipping through my photos from Genesee Country Museum looking for something else and I noticed this one. I gave it a try and it was perfect. I love the way the details pop in black and white, especially the jars inside the window. Not to mention, the black and white is a perfect complement to the old-timey-ness of the colonial buildings at this living history museum!
